Hi, I’m Linda
My story
My Reiki journey began more than 25 years ago, during a time when I was seeking steadiness, meaning and a deeper connection with myself. Reiki became a quiet companion — a practice that supported me through change, helped me soften, and offered clarity when life felt full.
After many years working in the mental health sector, I experienced the familiar weight of burnout and felt a clear pull back toward Reiki. Returning to the practice wasn’t just personal; it was a conscious choice to live more intentionally, honour my intuition, and offer something meaningful to the people and communities I care deeply about.
I am a Trauma Healing Coach and am trained in peer support through Lifeline WA’s Resourceful Mind program as well as having completed Mental Health First Aid training. While I’m not a counsellor, I am skilled in empathetic listening, non‑judgemental support and recognising when individuals may benefit from additional resources or professional care. My background has shaped me to be a calm, grounded presence that helps people feel safe, supported and genuinely seen.
I have a special interest in providing Reiki for therapists and carers who often hold space for others and rarely have a place to rest themselves. Providing Reiki to these groups feels like a way of giving back to those who have guided and supported me throughout my life.
My approach is intuitive, steady and centred on kindness, acceptance, authenticity and presence. I care deeply about people, meeting each person without judgement and with a genuine commitment to your wellbeing.
My intention is simple: to offer a quiet, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself — whether you are seeking personal healing, grounding, or support in your professional life.
