Cancellation Policy

At Stilling Minds, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• More than 24 hours’ notice: Your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit transferred to the new appointment.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited.

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice: Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

• Late arrival: Your appointment will still finish at the scheduled time, so the session may be shorter.

In exceptional circumstances, Stilling Minds may use discretion regarding the cancellation policy.

If Stilling Minds needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or refunded if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.
